Do you pay commissions?
Yes, we pay commissions.

When do I receive my commission check?
We send out commission checks before the 30th of the month for the preceding month.

Do I collect the money?
No, Lone Star Ice Cream, LLC. will be fully responsible for all money handling.

Can I pick the ice cream and chip selections for the machine(s)?
We gladly accept suggestions, however Lone Star Ice Cream, LLC. does all the merchandising for the machines.  Our company has invested in technology that makes it possible to accurately merchandise from the data that our driver's hand-held computers upload to our software programs.  Our merchandising department spends every day analyzing product data to ensure that each machine has the proper mix of products.

How often do you fill the machines?
We fill our machines on an as needed basis.  If your machine(s) required a daily stop, our driver would be there.

How much product do the machines hold?
The ice cream machine holds roughly 500 ice cream treats.

What happens when the power goes out?
Without power, the ice cream will stay frozen for 12-24 hours.  Because the entire machine is not frozen, the cold air does not escape the cabinet freezer.  In the event that power was off for days, the melted ice cream would stay sealed in the freezer and would not drip all over the floor.

Are your drivers uniformed?
Yes, all of our route drivers, machine delivery drivers and service technicians are uniformed.
