Lone Star Ice Cream was founded in Houston, Texas in June of 2000. The company started with four employees and one ice cream truck. After seven years in business, Lone Star Ice Cream now services Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth, San Antonio, and Austin. As we continue to grow and service more customers, our focus will always remain the same.
